Hi, guys.
So I've had my iPhone for 8 months and have a 2-year contract with AT&t. But I want to trade my phone in for a google nexus 6p. I don't know if it's possible to do that with a contract. Have any of you ever traded your iPhone in before your contract was up? What was your experience like?
Thanks.

Hi. I am thinking of upgrading my current iPhone 8 up to 10r or even higher.
I like the idea of ace ID but how do you as blind people deal with it at night when its dark?
Do you need a light source so you can unlock the phone at night.
I apologise if this sounds a stupid question but was wondering. Can you set both face ID and a passcode?
Cheers.
From Snowy.
I'm planning to upgrade both my iPhone and iPad for the third time. I'm shooting for either 256 or 512 GB of memory, but other than that, everything is on the table. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Hi, I use an M1 Mac Mini, and having a bluetooth keyboard available for when I'm moving around at my workspace is really handy, and I'm wondering if I could add a trackpad from a company like Logitech to use the trackpad commander. Is this possible, or is the official Magic Trackpad required? If you can use anything, are there any trackpads/trakcpad-keyboard combos you recommend?
Thanks for any help.
February 2 is Groundhog Day, which also means one of my favorite movies gets replayed on TV. This year though, I almost forgot about that because I was geeking out because Apple's Vision Pro headset got released. Since then, I wondered how long I could wait before caving to at least check it out even though I have no intention of buying one. A couple days later Apple began letting people reserve demos in their retail stores, so I decided to when I found out that my local store had a surprising number of open spots available. I did the same thing when the Apple Watch came out in 2015.
Not sure if this is the right category. Anyway... Yesterday I went to have my iPhone 6S+ looked at. Among the issues, I had a case that I thought had a crack in it. My screen protector was also cracked kinda bad. Worst, my proximity sensor was either screwing up because of dirt, or, it needed to be replaced. I met a woman who started out a salelady, turned into a nice new friend. When she opened the case, it was lucky Ihad the case or they couldn't have taken it back. I should've showed it to Otterbox, yo this isn't military grade is it? I love my new faster iphone.
Hi, what are people's thoughts on the iPhone 14 pro? Why do you like it or not? What are the advantages or disadvantages? How is the battery life? I'm coming from a SE3. What is dynamic island? Is it voice over accessible?
What are people's thoughts on the 14 pro or Pro max? Is there a big difference from the 13?
Just wondering if people are planning to purchase the 2021 Apple TV when it is released in a week or so. I have a Fourth Gen, which I use quite frequently. Honestly, I don't mind the touch pad on the remote, but the new remote with buttons does have me intrigued, so I may make the purchase.
I also like the idea of a faster processor.
Just wondering what others think about this device and if you are planning on purchasing the whole package or just the new remote.
Hi,
I currently have an iPhone 11, 64GB.
The other day, I was looking at something on my carrier's website, and was told that I'm eligible for an upgrade.
Having heard a few demos of Lidar, the fact that I'd also like a bigger screen, & more storage, I'm highly considering getting a 12 pro max.
Does anyone here have one, and could shed some light on its accessibility?
Are there any issues specific to this device, that I should know about?
Thanks for any & all feedback!
Just curious what everyones thoughts are on the IPhone SE third gen? I haven't heard much talk about it. How's the battery life? I read bad reviews about it on the verizon website. I currently have an IPhone8 which is almost 3 years old and still going strong and was thinking of upgrading because of the age and it only being supported for one more year. Other than the expanded accessibility features is it worth getting this phone?
Thanks
Just curious if anyone else has the new phone or watch yet, and if so, how they are working for you. I picked up my iPhone XS yesterday night, And I am enjoying it so far. Not having a home button took about an hour to get used to. The only slight hiccup we had, was that the Apple Store systems were having trouble here in the US, so things took longer than I expected. I also left the store with a non-working phone because I didn’t want to restore from my iCloud back up when I was in the store it’s self.
What are people's thoughts on the SE that came out this year with 5g? How do you like the battery life? What do you like about it? What don't you like about it?
I'm curious to hear thoughts on the seemingly never-ending growth of the physical size of our smart phones.
Let's look at a bit of history. The iPhone debuted in 2007 with a 3.5 inch display, which increased to 4 inches in 2012. All iPhones were the same size until 2014.
Currently, someone wanting the newest technology has to buy an iphone 15, with a 6.1 inch display. The 4.7 inch Iphone SE is available, but having 2-year old tech, may not be a good investment for many looking to stay up to date.
I am about to take a solo trip to Italy in a little over three weeks.
I am a medium-low partial with mild hearing loss.
I am trying to decide whether getting Tile or Apple Air Tags to track my luggage and to use as personal bluetooth beacons in unfamiliar environments would be better for me. Which would you guys recommend and why?
I have heard that Tile has louder tags, but I am actually wondering which Tiles are currently the loudest. I am wondering the same about Air Tags. Are there ones that are louder than others?
So my Apple Watch Series 2 is showing age. It is very laggy and battery won't go for eight hours. Please do recommend me new watch. My priorities are the battery life, screen size, and future support with WatchOS. Is the SE Series good choice, or shall I go for the latest Series 8? Is the price difference between Series 8 and Series SE is justifiable? Will Series 7 work well for me?
Thanks
It's about time for me to consider getting a new computer. Been running a Del desktop for about 8 years and it's still actually running decently for it's age, but naturally it is a bit slow. Thinking of doing the laptop and docking station thing this time around. So... The big question -- should I get a Mac this time around?
Hi there. On Friday, I finally decided to take the plunge and get an IPhone 13. I won’t fault it, the 13 is a really great phone. But why, with the 12 and 13 being similar in design, is the 12 sound quality different to the 13? I understand they’re different thicknesses and all, but come on. Is there a way, other than changing mono and stereo sound levels, to make it sound like the 12? If you do have to change mono and stereo levels, what is the best configuration to use? Thanks for any help in advance.
