This is my first post here, so I hope I'm following directions properly. I'm so new to power banks, I haven't even had a look at one before, and I couldn't see the need for one until a few weeks ago, thanks to the lockdown.

Hi,
Is there an external mic for iPhone that has a line-in port to record from a radio or an external source without mic noise?
I know there are devices for the Mac like this, but I'd like to be able to record things without background noise from my environment directly to iOS.
There used to be a iPhone guitar amp thing that had a line in port, but it used the 30 pin port, not lightning.
Thanks
Hi everyone,
Does anyone know of an accessible fitness band that can be paired with an iPhone to track activities? my budget is less than $200 and I am looking for something that can last the whole day and is of course accessible with VoiceOver. Any suggestions?
Thanks
What is a good accessible wireless charger for the iPhone 8. I am using VoiceOver and a Focus 14 braille display. I am totally blind. Wayne Scott
Hi, I have a very small corner desk so I don't have a lot of room for a mixer board. What I'm wanting is a good way to capture the phone audio and my voice. This would be so I could do app demos and the like. any suggestions is appreciated. Thanks.
So with all the apps out there that give information about your environment as you walk, plus all the apps that read text or describe images, I'm looking for a way to carry my iPHONE hands-free with the camera facing the world.
One idea I had was to sew a pocket in a baseball cap; the pocket would need to be strong and possibly transparent or have a hole for the camera. The idea is that I could turn my head to point the camera. It would be even cooler if somehow Bluetooth headphones could be built right in to the cap.
Hello all
I'm almost diew for an iPhone upgrade and I am interested in the iPhone 8. For the life of me I can not find the iPhone review podcast. Can anyone here please point me in the right direction?
Hi all,
I'm currently looking for a MIDI interface that would let me connect my Jamaha keyboard to my iPad Air... I'd like to use this in conjunction with the Alchemy Mobile app so that I don't have to rely on tapping the right keys on the touch screen... :-)
Are there any such interfaces out there that anyone here would recommend?
Thanks a lot for any advice on this! :-)

I use to be a big fan of the defender cases, but the older I get the less patients I have with them. It should not be so dang hard to open these cases and so therefore I will not be buying these cases again. I'm trying to get one open now but can't get the screen protector off the case and it just makes me want to throw the iPad but I like my iPad so I won't.
Is there any easier cases out there that will not test ones patients? I can't imagine an elderly person trying to fool with one of these.
Thanks
I know of someone who not only is blind, but has a cognitive disability. This person cannot easily work the gestures, and claims they'd want some kind of remote control for navigating an iPhone or iPad.
For me, who is only blind, the remote control is a convenience and not an essential accessory. I know that some people with cognitive disabilities, in addition to blindness, might need a remote control more than I do.
Does anyone out there know of a good remote control type unit that might help meet this need? Thanks.
Hello all,
I'm interested in recording binaural sound, preferably through my iPhone, but I'm open to all suggestions.
I wear hearing aids and all binaural microphones I come across are in-hear headsets or integrated in earbuds and this kind of design is not compatible with hearing aids. So, do you know of headsets which would have a supra-aural (or over-hear) design, something which would have a neckband or a headband?
Thanks a lot.

My guide dog has been eating things in the garden which he really shouldn’t be and I’m unable to monitor what he’s doing because if I’m close enough to hear him eating, he knows and obviously won’t do it.
So I have an idea.
If I can hang a wireless microphone around his neck or clip it to his collar and listen to what he’s doing on my iPhone, I’ll know when he’s eating something from in the house.
Hi all,
I have a FocusRight 2X2 USB 2 interface. I use this to connect my bass guitar to the Mac and it has worked reasonably well over the years. However, I would like to step up to USBC or Thunderbolt to be future-proof and lower latency. I was interested in the Apollo Solo; however, I understand the software (which is required) is not accessible. Does anyone have any recommendations for an audio interface?
THanks
So, as the subject states, I’m looking for a belt clip case for my new iPhone XR. Here are a few requirements/wants:
1. No pouch type of cases, i.e., cases that are basically a little bag that you stick your phone into, then close and clip on your belt. I like to have access to the screen of my phone went out and about.
2. The clip must allow the phone‘s screen to face out. It would be nice if it would allow it to face in, as well, for those situations which call for greater protection of the screen, but that is less of a requirement.
I have been using the same old assistive tech since the department of rehab hooked me up over 8 years ago. I have been working as a fully licensed insurance agent and as a tech consultant forever and though I make a decent lving I can't seem to afford the upgrades that I need. Apparently nobody felt like mentioning how expensive kids are so I had to find out the hard way LoL.
I just got an apple watch 8 45 mm. I am looking for a case with screen protector but all the ones I can find have tempered glass and I hate glass. I am looking for something like the old otterbox defender or lifeproof. I know one of them had one out for older watches but can’t find one for the 8. I am also looking for a soft cloth or fabric band. I like the sport loop but wish it was just one cullar. I also like the magnetic options but wish there was a cloth or fabric not just letheir and mettle. Are there any third party options for bands or cases you think I may like?
I am looking for a good bluetooth stereo headset that will work for both music and phone calls. My headset should, ideally, be lightweight and have good battery life. I also want a headset that will alert me nonvisually about such things as battery status, notifications, and so on. I want one with good tactile controls, and the ability to know nonvisually when it's powered on so you don't drain the battery. I also want to be able to hear VO when I get a call. My price range is $150 and below. I also want a headset that allows me to stay aware of my environment.
Hello,
I am looking for a bluetooth speaker that costs around $200 and has excellent sound Quality. I would like it to have powerful bass and enough power to keep a party going. I do have the soundlink mini but my mom wants to get it. Any recommendations or should I just get another SoundLink mini?
Thanks
Hello everyone. I'm looking for recommendations for a comfortable Bluetooth ear piece or head set. Specifically, I’m wondering if there is an ear piece that is small enough to allow me to lay on my side while I’m wearing the device in the ear that is against my pillow. I would mainly be using this ear piece for listening to things while I fall asleep. I have an old Bluetooth ear piece that works ok, but it has a large, square part that sticks out of the ear.
Hi guys. This is kind of important. I'm looking for a discount on an Apple Watch series 4, used or refurbished. I don't want cellular. Why would I? I don't even have a SIM card. The refurbished one I can wear is out of stock. I need 40 mm. 44 mm is too big. Color and bands don't matter, except link bracelet. None of those if possible. If I have to get one, I have plenty of extra bands. I want it for 2 reasons, 1, my 21st birthday, and I want an Apple Watch to go with that pina colada. 2, noise, which is only available on series 4.
