This is why I hate the generation feature. I had one son and left everything for him and guess what. He died. No one even attended my funeral because I outlived everyone. I came home to my wife cheating on me so I divorced her and she started stalking me so I put out a restraining order on her and she wanted to get back with me and I ridiculed her. She left me alone after that. This life I'm not sure how I want to play it out bbut I will decide later. Now living in Switzerland. X2 you and I are having different bad luck on this game. Lol. I can't get twins and triplets and you can't get to assault your parents.

Has anyone got the cat lady or family guy ribons?
By the way, when I accidentally became a guy left me.

In my last post I forgot to also say that I bet a million in the casino won it and bet again another year and lost it. Lol. Hope they add different casino games in the future. And haven't gotten those other ribbons as yet.

Ornella, I am the opposite lol. I die before my kids but neither of them had their own kids, so when I continue as them, they don’t have kids for me to continue ass. And then I try to have kids when I am playing as my kids but they’re not as lucky. I read somewhere that someone made it to $3 billion by doing the generations feature. I forgot where, I think it was a YouTube comment or on Twitter. In the entire history of the game, none of my spouses have ever cheated on me, believe it or not. I’ve done tons of cheating but never got cheated on lol. And how is living in Switzerland going for you? Is it expensive? Or is it like whatever. For me it was expensive, not because I’m a cheapskate or anything, it was just that a house with a bedroom and a bath cost between 260 and $350,000. And the conditions were like between 10 and 25%. And really? You won $1 million in the casino? Wow! i’m to scared to play the casino games lol. Especially with my luck, I’ll lose everything. I know that if you go to the casino enough, you’ll eventually get addicted to gambling. O and I finally got the judge achievement. I would set out to do it but end up living a completely opposite life lol. But not this time.
Sabrina, in order to get the cat lady ribbon, you need to on as many cats as possible. Spend time with your cats every year, do anything and everything with your cats. That means you can’t spend time with family, talk to family, have lovers, marry anybody, etc. It Hass to be all about your cats. And if a cat dies on you, replace it as soon as possible. I know that sounds horrible but like I said, try to have as many cats as possible oh and you have to play as a female. Basically, you got to dedicate your life to cats. As for the family guy ribbon, I haven’t gotten that one yet but people say you have to marry your high school sweetheart, have a good paying job, have two or three kids, and spend time with them as much as you can. Like taking them on vacations and stuff. I tried doing all that but instead I got the mediocre ribbon. So I don’t know what I was missing. I am currently working on the globetrotter ribbon. I’m taking vacations and cruises every year hoping to get it. I am working as a judge, so I am getting paid really good. How is living a perfect life going for you? Since I know you like to get wild and do crazy stuff lol.

The family guy ribbon is surprisingly hard to get, but I have it. You marry the first person you date, buy a house, have around three or four kids, and then do your best to keep their relationship bars all above 80. I usually just do the spend time with all thing every year and then just check up on the relationship bars every few years. And try not to accomplish anything else in your life

What do you mean by not accomplish anything else? Like you can’t get achievements? Or what. Sorry if that’s a dumb question, I’m going to try again but just want to make sure.

It sounds like all you do is related to cats, nothing else. Ignoring everything else. I am trying it now but this far I have palace from my father who died when I was twenty and from there I have so many cats, more than ever. Really I think I have about 20 and every year some get sick and they often die and then you just have to make sure to have new ones.

I think there's a high roller ribbon but have to check it out again. I thought I was going to get it when I won the million or looze it but I didn't. I don't care if I looze my money sometimes in this game because we just collect it and don't have much to spend it on except car repairs mostly and doctor visits etc. I'm still a kid in Switzerland so I'm not sure how expensive it is as yet. I might go for the writer job if I get it or just let the job recruiter choose it for me. When I was a banker My pension was 67k a year. That wasn't bad because I made up to a million by the time I was about to retire.

I mean it's super easy to get other ribbons, try not to become so rich that you get the successful or rich ribbon, but also be successful enough not to end up with mediocre. And only focus on spending as much time with your family as possible

Wow! 20 cats? I had 25 in one life, altogether. The max I ever owned was about five cats. My house wasn’t that big so I can’t really take in a bunch of cats. I think the longest a cat lasted me was 22 or 23 years.
Ornella there is a highroller ribbon. That’s when you gamble a lot. Basically a gambling addiction. And you have a good point, there’s not much to spend it on. I guess I’m just greedy lol. Good luck on your job search, let me know how it goes. I was only there for four years. I immigrated illegally when I was 64 and I died at 68. So didn’t really get to experience that much. But like I’ve said before, my brief time there was pretty expensive lol. I got a job as a junior associate while I was living there. I started off with a salary of 230,000, Believe it or not.

So I have a question that I didn’t really think about until now. If you don’t buy a house starting at age 18 and up, are you basically homeless? Or are you still living with your parents. I know when a sibling or a kid moves out, it appears in the log. But when you move out, Nothing appears. And also, when a parent dies, you only inherit the money, not a house or any other asset. And another question. Has anyone had any famous parents? I wonder if that’s even possible?

If you don't buy a house you're not homeless. It just means that you're living in your parents house. I don't think famous parents and inheritance of houses and cars has been added yet but I'm sure it will be at some point though. I love my life in Switzerland. Yes things are expensive but when I was doing the free lance gigs I was cashing it up so hard. By the time I reached 18 I had 64k on me. The only problem is I can't find a good girlfriend. lol. I got expelled from school and I never appealed so working as a cameraman. And damn that job recruiter thing there costs $2000.

O ok just wondering. I didn’t know if anyone else has gotten famous parents. And wow! Really? $2000 for that job recruiter. And I thought using the job recruiter in the US was pretty pricy, guess not lol. Sure you make a lot of money, but it goes fast since it’s all high prices. That reminds me, is your current sea Swiss franc? When I moved there, my currency was US dollars. Probably because I emigrated illegally. It was the same in Mexico, except I was born there, but my currency wasn’t in pesos. I’m just curious since the money in England becomes pounds when you live there or move there. I'm making over 100k plus. The cars and houses weren't expensive for me. I just bought a studio apartment and an expensive enough car. The money is still in dollars only because bitlife didn't fix the currencies for the different countries as yet. In India the money is dollars instead of rupies. My life is kind of borring. My girlfriend kept trying to get back together with me and when I finally gave in I proposed to her and she rejected me so I murdered her and attended her funeral to make it look like I didn't do it. I'm just going to age up and what ever life throws at me just deal with it accordingly. So this is a speed game for me again. One thing I hope they would add in a future update is to purchase different types of engagement and wedding rings and if the other person don't like it you could pawn it and if you love the person enough you could buy a very expensive ring. One question did they remove teenage pregnancies? I couldn't make love to my girlfriend even at the age of 16. Was wondering if they removed the teen pregnancy for the same reasons as the abortions.

I can't remember which part in Switzerland I was living in but that game ended fast. Well I guess I was unlucky for a teen pregnancy. When I tapped on make love it did nothing. I was 15 then. I didn't get the singing career as yet. Now living in America and don't think I will use the job recruiter. I will choose what ever I feel like when that time comes. I started a game and aged up till I was 6 and just left it there for now.

Well when I played my sped up game I just died in my sleep at 92. No one came to my funeral and no bad things were said about me even though I murdered my x. I've been famous and in jail. No big deal its just that you have money that you can't spend it on anything especially if you lose you appeal and if the lawyer screws you over. You can't become a plastic surjan. Not as yet anyways. And when you're famous in jail it will go away eventually in a few years.

That’s what happened to me when I played one of my speed games, which I now love doing. I died at the age of 97 in my sleep and no one came to my funeral and no one inherited my millions. And OK thanks, I was just wondering if being a plastic surgeon was an option. And I hate my husband so much. Finally got the teen pregnancy. I'm 16 and pregnant. Not sure if it works at age 15 but I tried and nothing happened. My boyfriend wanted me to go on birth control and I argued with him and got pregnant in the same year. Lol. These day that's how I always feel to play I mostly do speed games.

I am still playing as a famous porn star. When I play famous characters, it takes me longer to get through because I try to make as much money as possible. O ok i’ll try to get it lol. And tell me about it, dropping a toaster in the bath is the most basic way of electrocution, well, at least for me it is. Have you played as a famous porn star? If so, were you able to do commercials? Ever since I became famous, the commercials won’t let me participate lol. Believe it or not, I’ve written more books as a porn star than I have when I was a famous author lol. So far, I can only do photo shoots and talk shows, and the occasional books, but never a commercial.

I wasn't famous for a long time as a porn star but certain things you aren't allowed to do. Example as a writer I've written less books and did more commercials than anything else. You would think that you would be asked to publish a lot of books an make plenty money but its the opposite. As a pornstar you might do photoshoots more than anything else even if you're old. I could be wrong but I remember doing some photoshoots when I was in my 80's. Now the achievement. I was going to live a good life but my husband wanted me to sign a prenup and I had less money than him. I didn't sign it but I said I would marry him and kill him but when I did what you did with the toaster thing I got a life sentence. My 7 kids didn't even attend my funeral. In prison I was offered vikoaden not sure how to spell that but I aged up like 2 years and I got the boobonic plague achievement. So I think if you do some kind of drugs you will get that.

If you needed another reason to update to iOS 13, here it is. Bitlife runs way better on iOS 13. The age log is split up. You don’t have to sit through all of the things that have passed. You can just swipe left from the age button and you can see the latest things that have happened in your life.

I was going to say that. It was so dam good I love it. X2 I died of cancer in prison. I didn't die from that thing. Mind you its the prison guard who offered the drugs to me...

Is it me or crime is very hard now. A simple drive by I couldn't even do. I tried to kill my mom and she called the cops on me. Got a life sentence. And Yep, you guessed it, make a baby on an airplane lol. and I haven’t noticed anything different with the crime, at least for me. Was it easy for you before? Or was the drive by the easy one? I’ve been to jail a few times hoping to get the achievement where you appeal your sentence. Anyway, the three or four times I went to prison, I chose the public defender and the public defender got me off. I was found not guilty in all four cases. I was so mad lol. Do you ever customize your lives? Or do you just let the game choose one for you. I’ve only lived in Canada once. And I only immigrated to Canada once, since that’s an achievement. Basically, I lived there for only one and a half times, if that makes sense.

I think before this update the drive by crimes were way easier. I keep getting caught every time. It might just be bad luck on my path. Who knows. That sounded funny. Have a baby on an airplane. Regardless of our occupation. And like 60% of my games are now customized. That’s how I got the Turkish prison achievement. Have you ever played as yourself? Like use your real name that you have in real life and in the city/country that you live in? I haven’t but I’m debating whether I should or not. I think it would be funny for my bitlife self to make stupid choices lol.

Last time she was my girlfriend and first she cheated on me, then I cheated on her and then she wanted to break up with me and I asaulted her. I often play as myself (full name and actual birth city, etc.). Anyway, one time, playing as myself, I ended up dating a person with the name of one of my favorite actors (yes, of course I added him as a custom person, lol). Anyway, we started dating when I was in high school, I showered him with gifts and compliments, because I thought if I was going to have to divorce him, I'd probably wind up having to kill him, lol. Anyway, he never asked for a divorce, I wound up having 17 kids with him, and he actually outlived me.

I am going to add my favourite singer; Amy Lee of Evanescence, and hope S date her. I will make sure to treat her with love and give her gifts because I don't want to kill her.
Right now I am playing as myself. Dating a woman but she is not nice. I will cheat on her and if she breaks up with me I will asault her and then kill her.

I've added several of my favorite celebrities. When I dated this guy, I didn't want to have to kill him, so that's why I showered him with gifts and compliments, and spoiled him rotten, lol. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks adding famous people is cool. lol

Hey guys, just had a thought. Would be cool if you could be born with disabilities in the game, also have children with other disabilities. Like down syndrome, blindness, etc. I’d be interested to know what you guys think about that idea

That's a good idea but given the state of the game I doubt there would be anything to do at all unless if they make special activities or more cinarios. I am looking forward for the school update. Hope it comes out soon.

Anyway, @sabrina & Moopie Curran, that’s a smart idea, adding famous people you love. But what if they come out ugly lol. Do you still date them regardless of stats? Just curious. Did you add their picture to the game? I know adding names as possible but I don’t know if adding photos is available yet.
@ornella, I finally got the appeal achievement. It took three tries but still got it lol. The public defender got me off the first two times. I’ve never gotten any super high priced heirlooms. I’ve only gotten two, Thomas Edison‘s lightbulb, which was worth 270 5K, and a used tissue from BitLife HQ, which was worth $5000.
@ Country music fan, I agree with Ornella. They would have to add special activities. And the jobs may not be as lucrative as others. However, it would still be fun being blind and committing crimes, imagine a drive-by? You’d probably die before your victim lol. Nonetheless, it would still be really fun.

Well I got a high priced heirloom some time ago. I forgot what it is now. Remember when I told you I was 16 and had a million dollars? Well that was because of the heirloom and I think my dad dieing. Honestly I think I like the game how it is because if they were to add disabilities and some other things some one is going to get but hurt about it and cause problems like how they had to take out the abortion achievement. I've never used the custom feature only added my own name to play as the character. My life in Canada is going good so far. One thing I wish they would do is add reasonable gifts. I mean like some of them are so bad like when you give a gift to someone its either they hate it and don't appreciate it or you can't choose out a really good gift.

Yes, I date them regardless of their looks, especially if it's somebody I like. :) And no, you can't add their pictures, that would be funny though. You just add their names and whether they are male or female. You used to be able to adopt people with your custom people's names, but that hasn't happened in a while. I wish they'd re-instate that. It was funny, once I adopted a 2-year-old boy named Alex Trebek. Obviously, I added him after watching an episode of Jeopardy, lol. Also, your custom people can still come up as doctors, partners in law firms, etc. For example, I had stomach ulcers, and Jim Cantore (a meteorologist on the weather channel) treated my stomach ulcers, lol. So it's just the combination of possibilities that this thing comes up with, lol. Maybe it doesn't take much, but bitlife never ceases to make me laugh. :)
