Other Comments

This is the utility I have been waiting for to combine extracted text with image descriptions. It inserts the images for each page at the end of the text.
TO process an PDF file greater than 10 pages, you must subscribe to the ScribeME Max plan which is $19.99 a month or $200 a year. When using the share sheet, the file will be sent to the source you choose as a Word document.
I've not tested Live Assist yet as a braille user, but please see the comments for this below from other users.

I tried the app and I have to admit, it’s impressive. I have been looking for something to make documents accessible for a long time

The latest update adds the ability to ask questions about the uploaded documents. I noticed it is no longer possible to turn the sound off when scanning a file, I hope they will bring that back as I would strongly prefer the ability to turn it off.

In the live assist feature when I try to connect to it, it reads out what it sees but then when I try to ask it a question about what it sees nothing is spoken back to me, so I’m wondering if the microphone is not working in this app
