Accessible Home Theatre Receiver

Hi everyone
I am in the market for a new home theatre receiver, and I would like to find one that is accessible for me as a blind user. I know that many TVs have screen readers for the various menus, and some can be independently set up. However, I am not aware of any receivers with this functionality. Are any of you aware of a receiver that either offers a built in screen reader for the various menu items, or has an accessible IOS app that would allow for independent set up and adjustment.
Thanks for any help or advice that you can provide.

Hi Wayne, I am also looking to get a home receiver. I'm pretty sure I am going to go with the Yamaha A2a, as you can control it's functions with Alexa, which I much prefer to do over using an app if everything I need is controllable, which is the case from what I've read.
There is also the A4a, but I just need basic 5.2 myself, the A4a is more powerful and has full 7.2 et cetera
Check it out, be curious to see what you think.
