iOS and iPadOS
Anyone who knows me will be shocked to learn that I have started getting fit.
I'm excited by the many apps and sensors that are available for the iPhone and there potential to help me in my endeavour. However, I don't want to splash the cash on things like a FitBit or a heart rate sensor without knowing the apps that they connect to are going to be accessible enough for me to get some benefit out of using them.
So, in an effort to save time and money - does anyone have the lowdown on what to buy and what to use for getting fit?
Thanks in advance.

What to use if running on a treadmill?
Hi!
I've got a treadmill recently and wonder which app will give the best.
I've looked at Endomondo, but this app only supports GPS on my phone. That's pretty sad since this app is very popular.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Best regards Thomas
