Hey everyone!
I've been having some problems with my BrailleNote Touch connecting to my iPhone 12 mini on ios 15, although these problems have existed for a number of years now.
After my BrailleNote connects to iOS through the Braille connection window, things initially work quite well. However, when I go to connect Bluetooth headphones to my iPhone, they are unable to connect, as there is a "in progress" message next to my BrailleNote Touch that doesn't go away, even when it is connected. Additionally, I recently noticed that in the Braille settings window itself, there are two devices that have the name of the Touch.
I also have tried connecting a Brailliant bi 40 to the same phone, and none of these problems happen. I've tried contacting Humanware and Apple both, and I haven't gotten a very good answer from either.
Has anyone else had these issues? Thanks!

You’re not alone
I had similar issues when I owned a Touch Plus. Having the phone forget the braille note then repairing helped, in fact that was the only reliable workaround I could find. Depending on how much you use the USB port on the braille note you could get a bluetooth 5.0 dongle and just use that, it should help.
I'm glad I'm not the only one
It's good to know that I'm not the only one, but I wish this could be fixed in a patch of some sort. It's interesting that you had better luck with a Bluetooth 5 dongle. Question though: Do I need to specifically turn off bluetooth on the Touch+ itself to get the signal from the dongle, or do I need to do other things as well? Thanks for the response though!
