I’m running the latest version of windows 11.
So much for going back to school in IT .How can I learn to help others with there computers when I can’t even fix my own? Is it possible to suggest a way for Narrator to read the BIOS settings as a added feature?

Bios issues
Have you tried the save and exit? I know that would be the obvious option. Bios stuff is a major pain for those of us who are blind, and I don't think narrator is able to read all of that, as it is all loaded before the OS even, and Narrator is part of the OS. No idea how Apple got Voiceover to work in its recovery utility. Wish I could be of more help. Each manufacturer has its own key to enter bios setup, and spamming that key gets you in. Not sure though how to get out. Your best bet might be the Microsoft help desk via Be My Eyes.

this should get you out and boot back into windows, assuming windows still works and can be booted into, at least this is how it works on my HP
