Might be worth posting your country and whether you're looking for one that is built into your apartment/house or one that's part of a plug in heater. The built in ones especially can vary by country.
The iDevices thermostats are quite nice. The app itself is pretty accessible, but if you have an Apple TV, Homepod, or other device that can be used as a home hub, it also integrates nicely in to the home app from Apple. Rarely do I ever actually need to open the iDevices app. Having said this, I don't know how easy they are to find anymore. And lastly, pretty much everything I have said about the iDevices can be applied to other models previously mentioned in this thread. But the iDevices one is the only one I have any experience with.

I recommend the EccoBee brand as their app is very easy to use.

I like the Sensi thermostat, accessible app. Gives alot of usefull information and has a filter change reminder.
