Hello everyone,I have been getting an internal server error when I use Braigo COMPANION to take a picture and have the app discribe it to me. The app works well when I import from camera rol. I am using the iPhone XR with IOS 12.4. Is anyone else having the same trouble? I have contacted the dev twice and have not heard back. I'd say this problem has been going on for about a month or so. I hope this gets fixed quickly because I like this app better than anything else for photo description. Identifi is an acceptible back up but I do prefer Braigo. Thanks for reading.Zyt

thanks so, much. I have the pleasure of having Seeing AI and Envision AI on my device. I suppose I'd better get more familiar with both of those apps since I have them right here and not worry about Braigo. Your idea makes perfect sence. thanks.

I wonder if the braigo braille printer will ever come out? It has been several years now since anyone talked about it.

Will you put together funding for research and development when you win the White House? You'll be the next president Keneddy for sure. We all here at AppleVis will vote for you. Have a great day president elect.

Is it getting errors when saving photos?
I like Braigo too.
Did you use the email address on Braigo's web site? I've had 2 contact them twice & both times that's been the most reliable way of getting in touch.
Maybe something in 1 of the latest versions of Ios. broke it. like what happened with ios 11.

for me, I use Ocr. can convert text from photos app
I also have Seeing Ai., tap tap see, & VoiceDream scanner
If you want something similar to braigo Ocr can convert photos to text is your best bet & it's free
I also have Voice on my ipad too. I used it a few times & think it's worth the $5.
