App to sink content other than itunes?

Hi Apple vis. does anyone know of an app that would allow me to transfer content between my pc and my iphone without using itunes. I know there are some programs out there that will let you do this, as somebody told me a long time ago, but I don't remember the name of this program. any help will be apreciated. ps: My iphone is jailbroken

There is an app called Media Monkey that used to be able to sync to Apple devices. I don't know if it still does, or if it is accessible, but it may be a start for you.
