Hi. I've seen this from time to time with previous versions of Fb. Here's what I've found that works.
1. 3finger swipe down to refresh
2. go to another tab on the page & click on it then go back to the home tab & click on it again after a few seconds or a minute. For example if you're on the home tab, go to the about tab & click on it then go back home. Also sometimes if you click on another tab you'll see the like button without having to go back home. And it may take a few swipes to find it, but it does show up. At least for me it does when I try these things.
As for the button not showing up on the site, I cannot help you there. But I will say that if you try & like a page using the Fb. web site, you'll find the button, but when you hit it it won't tell you you've liked the page. Sometimes I don't even know if that buttons works with Vo. It shows up but that's all it does on the Fb. web site. Based on my experience. I hope @ least 1 of my suggestions works. I wonder if it's a focus issue of some sort.
I just tried & the like button showed up for me without having to do any work. I tried it to verify that a page I wanted to like got liked. Because I had to do it via the web. couldn't be avoided & I was afraid I wouldn't find the page on Fb. with search. because sometimes that does happen. or you'll get pages whe same name but are definetely not what you were looking for. had that happen before.
