A really easy to use and fully accessible shopping list?

Hello,
I tried some shopping apps but nonne of them were really easy to use nor fully accessible with VoiceOver. Mostly there were unlabled buttons and a complex form to fill in. But I just want to create a shopping list and print it out.
I'd like to create my own list of everything what I normally buy. Later I want to click on an entry of this list and want it to appear in a separate list which I can print for the assistant. That's all I want from a shopping list.
Any ideas of an app that fullfills these two needs?
I don't want to look products up on the internet, don't want to add prizes or quantums and I don't need to see suggestions what to buy. That makes everything just more complex. A shopping list app has to be simple and quick.
It's OK if the app is a paid one.
Thanks and all the best
Jürgen

Have you looked at OurGroceries? It's very accessible on both iOS and Windows. With the free account, items on the lists will show up on all devices (including Windows) logged into the same account.

You can do so much more than just a shopping list. However, if that is all you want, AnyList performs well. Your assistant can download the app to their device and sign into your account, where they can then see your list. You don't have to print it out, but if you want to, you can also do that. You can also text or E-Mail the list, as well. Yes, you have other things that you can do in the list such as adding prices, organizing by the isles of your store, etc., but you also aren't forced into doing anything but what you want to do and not what the app devs think you want to you. You can have AnyList as simple or complex as you wish. if you purchase the subscription, all of your items are backed up to their servers, which is nice if you change devices. You won't have to re-create any of your lists. I can't recommend this app enough. You can download and try for free. Just know that some of the features that you may want might not be available unless you do the subscription. Even the free version is quite nice, though.

It should be noted that the devs of this app are highly responsive when it comes to Voiceover users. when I first downloaded the app, I was in contact with them about some things. My issues were immediately resolved. Also, if your assistant is an Android user, the AnyList team recently released an app for those devices, as well.

In our house we use the Apple Reminders App.
By creating a reminder called Shopping List and sharing it with all members of the household, anyone can add and remove shopping list items.
We have a Homepod right in the kitchen, so there is never any excuse for items not to be on the list. Use the last of the milk, no problem, just yell hey SIRI, add milk to shopping list! And it is done.
It syncs with every apple device in the house too. From apple watch to Macs, to Homepod, to all IOS devices.
You can share your list with multiple users, maybe even the dedicated shopper in your life. Vest of all, as it lifts in the cloud you can remove items right in the store, as you place it in your trolley. That way, if the market doesn't have your brand of caviar in store, the item will stay on your list for next time.

What a great help. All of your commends had been very helpful to me. Thank you very much.
At this point Our Groceries seem to fullfill my needs the best. But Anylist sounds interesting as well and waits on my iPhone for me to use it. I created an acount just in case.
Reminders is great as well but then I need to create all the time a new shopping list and I'd like to choose from my older entries. That works very simple in Our Groceries. Even simplier than in Anylist. And the web interface of Our Groceries seems to be very accessible as well.
But thanks again for your hints.
All the best
