Having Difficulty Reading and Editing Lengthy Documents With Braille Display

I have tried creating lengthy documents in both Google Docs and Pages, and I have a problem. I am using an iPhone 7 with IOS 12.1.4, along with a Brailliant BI 40.
I notice that, when the document advances to another page, I often end up somewhere other than the top of the page. I find it very difficult to get to the top of the page using the double tap. This is quite a problem, especially when I am attempting to use the document as notes for public speaking.
Does anyone have an idea of how I can solve this issue? Are there other programs out there in which I could write lengthy documents and transition smoothly between pages?
Your help is greatly appreciated.

I really want to know too. I have always had a big problem with documents on my Iphone/Ipad. I write documents with multiple chapters all divided into headings. I haven't found any way at all to easily get from one part of a document to another in either Pages or Word. I imagine Google DOcs is no easier, though I've only used it for small things. You also can't really read by paragraphs unless you use a blootooth keyboard, and even then sometimes it skips paragraphs. SO I know exactly what you're going through. It's one of the few things the PC does vastly superior to my Iphone. I have heard Voice Dream Writer does a pretty good job. You can move by paragraphs, Lines, Sentences etc, and it even allows you to mark up a document to make headings and such. What it does not do however is import documents that are Word or pages compatable. You can import RTF and TXT I believe though. It is a nice program aside from that glaring limitation. Here's hoping someone else has something more useful to say.
