issue with voiceover voices

Hi. I am having an issue with voiceover voices and was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and could help. I use siri female as my voiceover voice. I was scrolling through apps on my phone and my voiceover crashed, which is fine because that happens sometimest. But when it came back on, the voice had changed to samantha compact. I went into my settings to try to fix it, but it showed that the voice was already siri female. So I tried to go in and reslect it, but it wouldn't let me click it, and when I tried swiping up to speak sample it would say, "Start downloading siri female", but it wouldn't actually download because I would wait for a few minutes and try again. I would try deleting the voice and downloding it again, only you have to open the voice to be able to delete it and I can't do that. I also tried adding english US as a rotor language instead and restarting voiceover. Thanks!
