This appears to be very accessible.
The only minor problems are that the 5 navigation tabs along the bottom of the screen are unlabeled. These should read:
On the Now Playing screen there is an unlabeled button in the top right corner. This simply toggles the display in the main pane of the page between lyrics and track artwork.
The lyrics are fully accessible with VoiceOver and the song recognition also works well.
So, with some custom labels, this becomes very accessible. The only thing that would be nice would be the option to remove the iAd, as this gets a little in the way.
A bit more accessible
Since the last commenter posted, it appears that the bottom tabs are now labeled.
On another non-accessibility-related note: It seems that the lyrics database is rather limited, so I wonder if there are any other accessible lyrics apps that have a much broader one.
