I am looking at over the air DVR options as a way to cut TV costs. I have done some research and found discussions about the TiVo Bolt and the Amazon Fire Recast as great options for over the air recording. Both of these systems say they work on iOS. Is there a recommendation for one over the other? Are either of these accessible or is there a more accessible option? Thank you

I'm looking for a talking PVR solution.
I am doing over the air as well. Digital antenna going straight to a TV set. Looking at some low-cost PVR boxes on Amazon and wondering if any of them are accessible. I wonder if there are any app controlled PVR's that don't cost too much.
Tivo is probably a good option
I used a Tivo for several years to record cable tv before canceling cable and switching to Youtube TV. I found the IOS app to be accessible although sometimes you would have to explore by touch instead of swiping in certain screens. Tivo also has a screen reader built in if you don't want to use the app. I didn't use the screen reader much but it appeared to be decent. I assume my experience with Tivo using cable would also transfer to the over the air solutions but you may want to contact them to make sure the software and hardware is similar.
