Description of App
Blindfold Bobsled is an fully accessible audio game where you steer a bobsled down an ice-track.
In Blindfold Bobsled, you first learn how to steer and how to speed up or slow down. The game requires the use of headphones or earbuds, so you can keep
your bobsled on the track.
Then you can play several practice games - timed or not-timed - to help you master controlling your sled. You can change the track width and difficulty
of the game.
There are several timed games, several untimed games, and an endless game available as upgrades. And there's a snowball feature that lets you collect snowballs
to power-up your game.
Like the other Blindfold Games, you can post your high scores to Facebook or Twitter.
Blindfold Bobsled was suggested by several blind gamers who enjoyed Blindfold Bowling and Blindfold Racer.

Well, the usual thing
Well, what to say, the usual cash grab method. Gameplay is sorta fun and interesting, but still, in the end it remains a cash grab like all the other, what do we have, 80 games now?
Cash Grab?
Thanks for your comment, but the games do cost time and money to build, and those people who deem it's worth their money will pay for the upgrades.
And yes, it's about 80 games, and I get emails all the time thanking me for building the games, and
urge me to create more.
personally i love all the
personally i love all the things marty has given us and can't find enough words of appreciation for him:)
Agree
I love this game and yes, I would like for you to make more because these games mean so much to lots of people and I have like 21 or 22 of them and play a lot. Hopper, for example. Bobsled is so cool because there is an endless mode aned you can change difficulties and everything. I got this as soon as it was released because I keep a lookout for your games so I will get news when a game is released. Keep up the good work, Marty.
I now have this game, and I'm happy to pay for it!
Hi! At the time of writing this comment, I am installing Blindfold Bobsled, as this sounds like a fun game., then i'll play it a bit later. No guarantees that I'll be any good, of course, but I'll hopefully improve if I'm not! Thank goodness for practice modes in several of the games in the Blindfold Games series! Anyway, it's very likely that I will do in-app purchases when I start playing Blindfold Bobsled, partly to have more choices in the game, and partly to support an excellent developer; Thanks for so many great games, Marty, and keep up the good work!
mority
No one is forcing you to buy the in app purchases! If you cannot afford them, understandable! I don't troll a developer for trying to make a living! Nor should you! Making such a flagrant assertion is disrespectful and definitely demonstrates you're narrowness of mind!
Enjoying the game, but hardly an expert yet!
Since my previous post, I have done both the things I predicted in it, bought the bundle as an in-app purchase, and started playing Blindfold Bobsled. As the title of this post says, I'm definitely not an expert at it yet. I could possibly say that during my first few bobsled runs, I may as well have been riding a kangaroo, given the way my bobsled bounced because I drove it too fast, but by the time I stopped playing yesterday I got a better idea of how to regulate the speed, where, surprisingly, tilting worked better for me than tapping the screen to change speed. So far, after learning to play this game, i've stuck to one-minute runs, but i'll probably do longer runs, or even try endless mode, when I've improved my bobsledding skills; In the meantime, thanks again, Marty, for yet another excellent game!
my playing style
I use to play the endless game with easy difficulty, haven't tried the harder ones, and have the bonus set to low instead of increasing difficulty because I don't want to be imortal. I am good at crashing and such and it is really fun. I tend to flunkb things but am really greatful for the bonus even though I have set it to low because I wanted a little harder. I use the tap top and bottom and haven't yet messed around with the tilting because I am still working on things. This game is a lot of fun.

Your comment only shows who is the narrow minded one around here.
You start your comment with the assumption that i am not able to afford the I A Ps, without any logical basis on why you would actually say that, but good to know that you apparently have a spreadsheet around detailing my financial situation in so great detail that you exactly know what i am able to afford and what not.
Secondly, before you use the term troling, please do yourself a favor and read up again what troling actually means.
And, I am able to say what I want about a developer what ever I want. As I stated in a multitude of comments already, if a producer for any kind of entertainment or product for the end customer enters a market, he is bound to get opinions from either side, if he has almost a monopolistic state on the market because noone is pissing out games at the same rate, there are more people wanting to know what all the games are about, so the amount of people who even give the games a look will increase, that's the basic rule of marketing.
If now a developer constantly churns out games with almost using the same model of playing style and charges to high prices, there are those including me who will object to that.
Want some examples?
Let's take war and snakes and ladders. When you want to play full, you have to pay 3 dollars for every game, just for tapping the screen and rol the dice. Yep, the only thing you do is tap the screen. If the games have other play modes they are hidden behind pay walls so you would need to pay anyway to play them. If a game is only designed to apease an already existing customer base, than that is bad game design.
look at sound of magic for example. Costs around 5 bucks, so, cheaper than most blindfold games. But, it features proffessional voice acting, puzzles to solve, great point and click entertainment and fun for multiple hours. And no, before someone tries to object, the game has no visuals, it's played by audio alone.
Also, since when has it gotten popular that if you don't have anything positive to say that you shouldn't say anything? Yeah great, only let the positive things be seen and hide the critical voices somewhere, good job. Nope, not with me.
My views
Morithy, you are entitled to your own opinions, but this does not mean that you have to post them to every single one of these games. Honestly? Well, we have heard you, that's all. I am not seeing any sence in doing it on every single one of these games. If you don't like it, you just don't buy it,. That's the way it is.
Feedback cuts both ways
I have to agree with @mority here. No, that doesn't necessarily mean I share the same opinion of the Blindfold series of games (although I have to say that I thought the price for Blindfold Barnyard was a bit high especially as one has to pay even more for another bundle of features on top). No, I would not have expressed my views in the same way as I don't tend to write in that way. But Mority is absolutely right to say that feedback works both ways. Personally I find it just as annoying when I read repeatedly comments along the lines of: 'if you don't like it, don't buy it'. That mantrer seems to serve as a trump card for closing down any discussion. is there really any need for folk to be so sanctimonious? I didn't like the Apple Watch for ages, so I didn't buy it. Did that mean I was somehow banned from criticising it? Of course not! AS for this game, I will try it out and see if I like it enough to buy it. If I do, I will and if I don't, I won't. Either way, though, I might have to risk the Lord striking me down by saying something negative.
Loving The Discussion Going On Here
Reading these comments is more fun then the games themselves!
Comments
I appreciate everyone's comments and they don't go unnoticed. I still stand by my original comment - if any of the "nay-sayers" don't like how I price the games or how the games are built, why not use your time to learn how to develop a game, and create something that you can be proud of, and makes lots of other people happy. And you can set your own prices, or give it away for free. I have advised other people when they have decided to go down this path, and would be glad to offer advice based on my experience as well.
love your games Marty!
this game sounds awesome. However when I try to play the game and skip the screen that shows the new games in the series, nothing happens, and swiping just makes the honk sound. I'm running IOS11.4.1
Main menu
Do you get to the main menu where you have options like play game, help, get upgrades, and settings?
yes, the problem happens as
yes, the problem happens as soon as I chose learn steering. It says starting game, learn steering and nothing happens. Sorry if i wasn't clear. Had to reproduce it again to make sure
Wow, I Had No Idea This Was Released
I thought I knew about all of the Blindfold games but I admit that it has been awhile since I have played them because I was on a Crazy Party kick. I am rather excited to give this one a try. I was a fan of Blindfold Racer though I got stuck on one of the later levels. I believe it involved a river and some bridges, though it has been awhile since I gave it a playthrough. Anyway, I will give this a shot this weekend. I will also be revisiting some old favorites as well as playing some of the titles I never tried. It's hard to believe that there have been over 80 titles created to date. Not being a developer myself, I have to admit that I am impressed!
