So I recently found out about a game called a few minutes of glory!
You may be asking, what exactly is it?
Well, it is a Real time strategy game created by the developer of Nano Empire.
Of course, all his games have VoiceOver support. So it isn’t surprising that this game will have VoiceOver support as well.
Now, you may be asking, what is it about?
You can build your world kind of like crafting kingdom, but you can also choose to battle computer opponents.
Keep in mind, that combat is not necessary for playing the game.
You choose when to battle, you choose when to build, you basically choose everything!
You can also choose the soldiers if you ever want to go into a battle.
If you’re still reading this, then you must seriously want a game like this.
Right now, the game is available for pre-order on the App Store costing only about $2 but in my opinion, it’s worth it.
Unfortunately, since the developer is working on it alone there will not be a multiplayer feature for now.
If you really want to pre-order it, just type in “a few minutes of glory” into the App Store search field.
Have fun playing!

PREORDER SALE: 33% OFF!
Are you tired of casual "real-time strategy" games where whoever has the most money wins? Do you wish you could play *a certain classic medieval RTS* on your mobile device?
A Few Minutes of Glory is a quick, text-based, yet still challenging distillation of THAT game, to satisfy your RTS craving on the go.
Wait, how could someone possibly make a text-based RTS? By focusing on strategy rather than tactics. You decide what resources to gather, what units to build, and when to attack; and the small details of battle are simulated automatically.
Create your own civilization with a unique army composition, and try to survive a campaign against 10 enemy civilizations. Every time you win a match, choose a new power to change the course of battle. No two civilizations will be the same!
Features:
-15 military units including swordsmen, horse archers, knights, catapults, and monks
-Food, wood, gold, and stone, each with a different strategic purpose
-Aggressive and defensive strategies, and everything in between
-Action-packed matches lasting only 4 minutes
-Roguelike progression: try to survive 10 matches, and upgrade your civilization after each win
-3 levels of AI difficulty
-The AI never cheats, yet the developer still can't beat the hard AI
-VoiceOver accessibility
-Pay once to own the entire game, forever
-The app icon will never include an angry shouting face
A Few Minutes of Glory is a solo passion project by the developer of Nano Empire and Friends of the Prince. Due to limited resources, this is only a single-player experience, for now...

When you’re pre-ordering, you are buying something before it is actually released. And what the developer of a few minutes of glory is doing, is that if you preorder it, you don’t have to pay again.

Text based games can have music and sounds. Take 6 ages for example.

If you check the developers Twitter, he will release the game on February 4 of this year. Can’t wait.

I had pre-ordered this game and it automatically downloaded today. The game is now available on the app store. Gonna have to wait until after work to give it a try. :(

The game is very accessible, however I was never a big fan of games where you get attacked out of the blue and forced into battle. Not quite what I expected, although I guess a thanks for another accessible game is in order. Well done.
