How to get app store refund?

Hello All,
How do you get a refund from the app store? I followed the "report a problem" link in the invoice email from Apple. Once I managed to finally login I end up at a page where there does not appear to be any option to report that the app is incompatible with voiceover nor is there any obvious way to request a refund for this reason.
So just how do you folks do it? BTW: this is the Canadian app store.
Thanks for your help.

Just pick the closest one, or pick one at random and describe the problem you are having when prompted. That's how I do it anyway.

Hello,
thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, after selecting a category from the picker list I do not get prompted to describe the problem. All I get are nags to contact the developer for trouble shooting information or a link to the Apple support page. The problem description field appears before I select a problem category but is dimmed out so I cannot enter any text. This field disappears with any problem category selection.
Any other suggestions?

Keep trying different options until the describe problem field becomes available. I am not from Canada, but I do know that sometimes the describe problem field is missing when selecting certain options. Be sure to tell them exactly what the problem is and that your problem is not listed. If this still doesn't work, then i am sorry.

What I usually do is: 1. open the link reportaproblem.apple.com 2. I log onto my account with my AppleId and passwort. 3. See the list of recently purchased or downloaded apps 4. find the right one which I do not like and 5. I cllick a button "report a problem." 6. When the picker pops out, I select cancel the purchase and hit the "done" button. In minutes or days, the app is refunded. Do it this way and them address your query to the app developer. This is usually the Apple team will in fact direct you to do that step. Please remember that you can claim for refund for any app within 14 deays so that from the moment of purchase, you have two weeks to test the app. Hope this helps. Greetings!

hello all. Thank you for the responses.
I get the feeling that Apple simply doesn't want to issue a refund under any circumstances!
I have been looking for an accessible ssh terminal client app and have purchased three apps that fail to work correctly and would like to get refunded. Two of the apps are billed on the same invoice email and the remaining app is a single entry on a separate email.
So following the advice in post #3 I was able to get through the process only to be informed that "A refund is unavailable for this app". This was for the case of a single app inboice email. According to the web page I have 90 days to report a problem and i'm well inside this limit.
For the other case where two apps were invoiced on the same email there is no way to be able to edit the problem description field even though it was undimmed.
I also contacted Apple accessibility and they just sent me a link to an Apple support site that does not help either.
So it looks like I'm stuck with these unusable apps. It's a real shame that there is not something in the app store description that indicates whether an app is compatible with voiceover.

Don't forget to include your order number and time of purchase. Should help your case a great deal.

Thank you DM for that email address. I have fired off an email so we'll see what happens. I will keep my fingers crossed!
Cheers.

Usually when I issue a refund, it is the email address they always use to contact me on. My last refund was an in app purchase for Mocospace and I went through this exact email address. Good luck.

I'm very happy to report that Apple has refunded the cost of the three unusable apps.I didndn't realize this until today when I checked my spam folder which is where the notification email from Apple ended up
Anyway, the email address supplied by DM in post #6 was a winner.
Once again, many thanks.
