Would you prefer the edge to edge display or is that a non-issue? Do you want a home button and Touch ID, or would you be happy with Face ID and the new gestures? Will you be happy with the USB C port, or indeed, do you ha e USB C peripherals you want to plug in? How price-sensitive are you?
You'll probably want to go a referbished, since they are usually a little cheaper. Remember cellular models are more expensive. Personally, I would go withthe pro as the speakers are now at the top and bottom instead of just at the bottom. If you use it in portrait mode, that is straight up and down, I never liked the sound face my stomach, not up toward where it should be, my face.
