Non-English Braille on iOS devices

Hello! I am from Russia and
i need both English and Russian language support while working with iOS devices. For this reason I set my iPhone language to English in order to have fluent language switching throughout the entire system. For speech this works quite well. I have text for most languages read by appropriate voice. However, for Braille output this aproach does not work consistently. I mean, that when I read something in Russian certain parts of text may be displayed as garbage while other is shown correctly. I am sure that it has nothing to do with encoding, because as I mentioned earlier, speech works just fine in those areas.
So far, I found only one work around for this. I just switch VO language to Russian and turn off speech temporarilly. In this case I am able to read both English and Russian Braille without any troubles.
But, since in last iOS releases Russian Braille users got significant improvements in Braille input support, it would be nice to see the ouput improved as well.
So I have a couple questions. 1. is the problem I desribed above specific to Russian Braille userrs or people using other languages face it too? 2. Perhaps for this problem already exists a solution I just don't know. In this case I would appreciate any enlightenment. 3. If this problem is not specific to Russian, I think that all of us, who are affected by the issue should join our efforts and address Apple accessibity team with it.
