How can I report Voiceover pronunciation bugs for Italian?

Hi all, Italian Voiceover has been having pronunciation bugs for quite a long time. For instance, when more than one exclamation mark is added to a message, say three, it will read: "exclamation marks have been added to the message three times". Also, the apostrophe is read using a long stream of words. I've just installed IOS12 but the problems persist. I contacted Italian Apple Support but they didn't seem able to help.
