The new Apple Books app, what is it like?

I am a voice-over user uses iBooks regularly in iOS 11 and was wondering how this app has changed in iOS 12.
For example, can you still search for particular words and phrases in the book, continuously read with voice-over and find out what page number on.
Thanks for your help.

Hi there!! From my understanding, which is based on the articles I've read, it's still the same app. Only difference is, the name. Instead of calling it iBooks, Apple changed the name of the app to Apple Books. Again, bare in mind that this is based on what I've read. I also read that in 1 of the versions of Ios. 11, they planned on changing it, but for reasons I can't remember, they changed plans and said it'd be included on Ios 12. I don't actually use iBooks. Nor do I have betas on my ipad. So, things may have changed and there could be stuff that I'm not aware of or that hasn't been talked about with Apple. But from my understanding, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

is the new Books app listed in the apps you can export to from Dropbox? It wasn't there for .m4b audio files in iOS 11.
