notifications: do you know if it is possible to modify message length?

Hello, I hope to explain well my question. If you are using for example facebook and a person writes you a message, you receive a notification in which you can listen to a part of the message. if the message is quite long, you miss most of its part, and you must open it to read. With Android you have not this problem, since Talkback is able to read all the message, so it is really confortable. Do you know if is there a method to listen to the entire message in lock screen mode? Or if there is an alternative app for chatting in facebook that provides longer messages in the notification center? Thank you for your support and have a nice day.

push notifications are limited to 256 bytes in size. I'm new to the apple/IPhone thing, but I think from what I've read, what you see/hear is what you get as far as a notification goes.

Honestly, I wouldn't want to be able to read the entirety of a lengthy message, but to each his own. Either way, I don't think iOS can do what you want. Thanks, Shersey
ok, so if the notification lenght can arrive to 256 character, I agree, there are no solutions, anyway some notifications are really small. I think this is only a point of view, in android you don't listen the name of the app that is receiving the notifications, but you listen to the entire content. I don't want to say that Android is better, I'm only saying that it is an alternative solution that I like. Thank you for your answers.
