I was wondering, how accessible is Resilio Sync on the mac platform? I installed it, however only get an empty web content. I am unsure how I can proceed, if I can at all.

You can use it if you know how to get around some things like the startup process for that app. I use it all the time and the only problem I can say is that buttons and links could be labeled better but over all its a great app.
When you get to the first screen you are asked if you agree to the license. VoiceOver does not see any of this but you can get around it by launching the app and first typing a name for your computer ID, for example mine would probably say DommoMBP or something that others would see when I'm syncing a folder.
You'd then press tab once I believe then press space for agree.
Then tab again then press space then press enter.
Its kind of hit or miss some times but it can be done.
Once you get past that screen you can get started.
