I'm a music freak, so I've got a lot of apps for it on my ipad. And I use iHeart Radio and it is accessible!! And if you find the app is not accessible to your needs, you can link your iHeart Radio account to your Amazon Echo if you have 1!! Injerface may take a bit of time to learn, but I think you'll like it!! I don't use any of the paid things that they offer. I use the free tier. That's enough for me! You won't have an issue with jhe app's accessibility with voiceover.
