As I say, it seems there is a bug there. The only thing you can do at this point is to select "no background" when you post whatever thing to Facebook, and it also seems you could theoretically read texts from somebody that does also select no background in there publication.
We might talk to Facebook and see what they have to say about it.

Hi, I raised this on this forum last week. You have to report this via their website as typically FB you can't raise an accessibility issue via IOS as guess what? Yep it is inaccessible.

This is a really annoying issue that needs to be addressed asap. Please, everyone, submit this problem to FB accessibility so they can fix it
