Description of App
Blindfold Barnyard is an fully accessible audio game where you are a farmer trying to move your animals into a barn.
Explore the barnyard with your finger, and find each the cows, sheep, chickens and other animals, and then drag them to the north, south, east or west
fences. Once you've hitched the animals to a fence, swipe that fence with 2 fingers to move the animals into their barn. The more animals you move into
the barn, the more points you'll score.
Blindfold Barnyard comes with several games, including a practice mode, and several different timed games. You control the number of animals on the barn
yard, and how fast the game is played.
Blindfold Barnyard was suggested by several blind gamers who enjoyed Blindfold Hopper and Blindfold Bowling.
There are in-app upgrades for purchasing coins needed for game play.

High Score
My high score in the seven-minute game is 6119. Can anyone beat that? I do agree that the game is very fun to play.
Wo? Nice job there. I tried
Wo? Nice job there. I tried the grouping thing but didn't get it. I guess I'll have to read the manual again.
Take care.
Just move all the animals
Basically, you only have to move all of the animals into the barn if your time is running out. That way you can maximise your score. It's quite a simple concept once you learn how to play the game. Good luck.
Another great game!
hi! I installed Blindfold Barnyard yesterday: I haven't played it a great deal yet, but I love it so far. I've only played the 3 minute game at the time of writing this, but when I have enough time i'll have a go at the longer ones. Even though I don't yet get huge scores in this game, I know I'll play it a lot, so I've already purchased unlimited coins. Thanks again to Blindfold Games for yet another great app.
Another one!!
Wow another great fun game!!!!! Thanks for all the games. I cant stop playing this one either.
A podcast will be coming for
A podcast will be coming for this game probably in the next few days or hours which ever comes first. Keep an eye on the twitter account @tffppodcast for more info.
This game is fun!
Another great game
I downloaded this game yesterday and love it. So far, I can boast a high score of 53 for a 3-minute game, 161 for a 7-minute game and 122 for a 15-minute game. I know I will get better with practise.
The podcast has been posted.
The podcast has been posted. I go over some of the aspects of the game and just plain have fun.

Am I missing something?
I was laughing just reading the instructions for this one. No good at it yet. I have purchased unlimited coins, so will keep trying. I don't like timed games, so, tried the no time limit game. If you miss one animal, the game is over. I tried the three minute game. In both cases, at some point, the game says, "empty barnyard." I can't figure out if there is a way to continue the game after that point.
Unlimited game
Right now, there's no way to continue the unlimited game. I think of it similar to flappy bird - one mistake and the game is over. The timed games are more forgiving.
Timed games
I tried the three minute game and my score is getting higher. I will definitely try the longer games. Definitely a fun game, even if I never get within light years of TJT's score. (smile) Really great animal sounds.
Empty barnyard
For your information, Diane, if you hear the words "empty barnyard" in a timed game and your time isn't up, that simply means that there are currently no animals to move but if you wait a bit longer another will appear; I have only played the 3-minute game so far, and I've found that leaving only 5 seconds of waiting time between the arrival of each animal means I don't waste much time in an empty barnyard; However, if a longer time, ten seconds or more between animals arriving, suits you better, go for it! Not to worry about beating the scores of expert players as quoted above: for me the most important thing is trying to beat my own highest score, although that's not always easy!
Barnyard
Thanks, clare. I did switch to 5 seconds, which is definitely better. My scores are growing surprisingly well. This is the first timed game I have played and liked.
Over 3000
My score has risen to 3279. Thanks Marty for the awesome game.
Could you
Hi. This game is awesome. Could you add more animals? Like more snakes? Great game. Really enjoy it.
Pick animals
Do you know that under the "number of animals" screen, there is an option where you can actually pick the animals that are on the screen?
Picking animals
it's the last option in the pop-up menu when picking the number of animals.
Picking animals
The animals sounds are all great. I have limited mine to my four favorites. As I get better at the game, I will allow more animals in.
Yes, I know about the
Yes, I know that you can pick your own animals. What I meant, was that I already have the favorite animals, but could you add more? Besides the ones that already are in the game? Personally, I would like more snakes.
more animals
Come up with a list, and make sure they have a sound that people would recognize.
Animals
Well, if I can't have cats, (smile) how about wolves?
how in the whole world?
Really? I have seen on here that there are people who have over three thousand points? My high score is 30. Can anyone please mgive me some tips or even make a podcast because I think there’s something I am not doing right. Am I to wait for new animals when I have all the fences ocupieed or am I supposed to put one of them into the barn even though it is just one animal? I am not sure how to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
oops
Okay, I have been really stupid. I had set the game to use ALL of the animals wich made it very challenging and I would say thirty points isn’t that bad but that’s a pain in the bleepers.
@TJT 2001
How many animals did you have when you got that high score? That is still crazy.
How to get insanely high scores like I do
Here are some tips that might help:
I have comfortably got scores over 6000 in the seven-minute game with over 50 animals at each fence.
thank you and settings?
Thank you.
Wich settings do you prefer?
pond
Haha the pond is hillarious. I cannot stop laughing. I am so glad it doesn’t take points off when I flunk things and get my animals in my pond of doom.
Another thing I like is that often, when failing to hitch an animal, they often end up in the pond. I look forward to see if my sister can do it.
It rocks that there are separate scores for each type of barnyard. I haven’t yet tried the difficult ones. Will have to practice some more before even trying the difficult ones.
I downloaded the game last…
I downloaded the game last week and have been playing it constantly for the last three days. I can't figure out why some animals won't hitch to the fence, but otherwise it's going well. The only problem is that notifications keep interrupting the game, and I'm concerned that they're using up time. I am going to get the pond, but first I want to improve my score. I do well enough in the practice games, but the real thing has only given me about 45 at the most, and I was lucky. Still early days though. Great game and I have wanted it from the first time I heard the podcast on here a couple of years ago, but didn't yet have the skills to deal with payments.
