Hi all. I would like to know if it is somehow possible for a voice-over user like me to look at the code of a certain app? Keep in mind that I do not wish to alter anything. I just wish to look at how the app is coded. This is apparently needed to find a Hidden spoiler from within a text based game. Also, keep in mind that I am only using my iPhone 6+. If this is possible, I would really appreciate any help on the matter. Thanks in advance.

if you can get the code posted externally like on a website, maybe.
other than that I see no way unless you jailbreak the device.

This is called decompiling, and for most software, it is illegal.

I'm not sure how you could find a spoiler just by looking at the code for an app. Is the app open-source and available on other platforms?

All I know is that it is one of the games by Hosted Games called the kepler colony evacuation and it is available for both iOS and android. The thing is, the author of the game will not reveal this information publicly nor privately. Instead, they suggest we look at the code to find this information. Apparently, when you enter a certain name for your nation, you will get an extra bonus. Funny thing if you ask me, but oh well.

It's a pretty readable source, I'd start looking in the mygame/scenes folder. I don't know where in the game the question is asked but you could find the answer in the source most certainly.

OK, like an awesome, nice, intelligent, and very humble person, I went through the source for you. I'm not going to spoil it completely, but try these countries:

Ireland
Russia
Greece
Switzerland
Bolivia

They all have the most extreme differences. Not all of them are good, though :) One is extreme hard mode, and one is extreme easy mode. The creator of the game put a lot of work into this, I can see why he wanted you to work for it.

BTW, he got the leader of Ireland wrong. His title is the Taoiseach.
