Hello,
I never really thought about or bothered using it until someone asked me.
How do I interrupt VO whileit is talking? In Jaws I can use Ctrl or Esc. How do I do this in High Sierra?
Back space delete characters to the left of the cursor. Is there a delete on the Mac? How do I delete characters to the right of the cursor?
Thanks for your help.

Hello,
To interrupt and resume VoiceOver speaking, you can press control like it is in Jaws, or tap once with two fingers on the trackpad. As of the second question, to delete characters to the right of the cursor you have to press FN + the backspace key.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
Hi,
Also, if you have the caps lock key enabled for VO modifier key in MacOs then all you've got to do is press it once to stop speech, then press it again to resume speaking if you wish.
Control Doesn't Always Work for Me
Hi. Subject line pretty much sums it up. Control on the Mac doesn't always work for me, so I just press any other key. I don't know if this is a general bug for everyone, or just an oddity with my MacBook but I'll try switching again to use CapsLock as the VO modifier and see what transpires. I am rather new to the iPhone, but thus far have gotten speech to stop without a hitch.
Thanks!
