I have a friend using an iPod touch 6th generation and he's having an issue in the blindfold slots game where when he swipes down with one finger to pull down the arm it brings up the control center or the status bar instead. Access to control center within apps is turned off. He's running iOS 11.3.

I suggest that either you or your friend contact Marty Schultz at marty@blindfoldgames.org he has heard of this issue before, and as the developer of the game will be in the best position to assist with resolving it.
Issue in Blindfold slots
Hi, I have an iPod Touch 6th Generation and had the same problem. However, this is solved by going to settings, control centre, then look for a setting called allow access in apps and turn it off. That should sort the problem. If not, then contact the developer, Marty Schulz, who will do his best to resolve this issue.
