I am facing the I message issue. Since I changed My mobile service provider I am unable to activate I message on My 7 +.
I checked the settings for messages and the message displays "waiting for activation" please suggest if I need to contact my new service provider?

I Would Check
If you bought your phone through a service provider, I would certainly give them a call. I can't think why you should get a message like that.
