Hi,
Sometimes when I open the Ring app to take an alert or just check a setting in the app, I loose most of the audio from Voiceover. It is as though Ring thinks it is receiving audio from the external speaker similar to when you press the accept button when someone is at your door.
I can kill the app, restart and everything goes back to normal but when someone is actually standing at the door it is somewhat slow. Anyone else having the same issues and come up with a work around?
I'm using an iPhone7 running IOS11.3
Kind regards
Graham

I also notice the voice
I also notice the voice sometimes will go to the ear peace. I would email ring support about this, they are very good with getting back with you.
Yes
Mine does that too. I consider it more of an annoyance than a serious problem but if It could be addressed that would certainly be great
Ring Doorbell Operation
I have a Ring doorbell. When someone rings the doorbell, I get the ring alert on my iPhone 6S. A notification appears on the top of my iPhone screen. Can someone walk me through the steps I am supposed to take to talk with the person at the door. My phone is unlocked most of the day (using other apps a lot). I usually keep my phone locked in Portrait mode. Do I need to open the Ring app when the doorbell alert goes off? When I've done this, and started flicking right, I end up flicking through items on the Ring app's home screen (not getting the "Talk" or "End" prompts from Ring). What am I missing? Ring says it is a VoiceOver issue. Step by step list of what I need to do when the Ring doorbell alert goes off would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
