Hi all!
I've got a strange behavior with Facebook Messenger. I'm not sure when it started, and I kept hoping 1 of the updates would fix it, but to no avail. My issue is, that when I hit my hide keyboard button and try to go back into the type a message text field and double tap it, it does nothing.
For example, if I realized I misspelled a word while dictating, and try to go back in and fix it, I can't get the keyboard back in my type a message field. And it's not dimmed either. It just won't open it back up for me. Please forgive me if I'm making no since. Is anyone else having this problem? Did something get changed and I'm just not aware of it? I kept hoping an update would fix it, but so far, it hasn't been the case.

Facebook is making their apps worse and worse
Hi,
Nowadays, Facebook is making their apps more worse and worse. This is not a bash or anything, but not just Messenger, even the Facebook app itself, when you update it to the latest version it begin to introduce more bugs than before. For example, a friendship day pop up on my Newsfeed, VoiceOver just says to celebrate my friendship with someone, we've made you this video to celebrate it bla bla bla. swipe up or down to select custom actions, then double tap to activate. When I swipe up or down, only "More" and "Activate" are present. And the "Activate" option is broken, too.
same here
I've had the same problem! And it's not just with the latest update. I've seen it with previous versons of Fb.
I agree with you. GET IT TOGETHER FACEBOOK!!!!
I've reported some of these
Some days ago, I've reported some of these issues to their accessibility team. Hopefully they will listen. Not just me, I saw some people reported all the bugs to them, too.
