While there are a few VoiceOver quirks here and there, I find the YouTube app accessible enough for most typical uses -- searching for and watching videos, reading and posting comments, etc. Are you having troubles with it? If so, people here would be more than happy to help
Youtube app is fine so I think you should download it. However, I look for anything that plays the youtube content without adds. They are really frustrating. Any ideas even for a paid app that plays or displays youtube content without adds?

Or the Youtube Music App
Although that may just be if you have a Youtube Red account.
