Hello, I was wondering how to use the Navigon GPs navigator for the IPhone. I was wondering if this app is accessible to the blind. ,Thanks, any help would be appreciated.
It would be difficult to explain navigon in a manner such as this, because it is a very robust application, and bosts a variety of features. I would suggest searching for some podcasts that would provide you with some actual audio demonstrations. However, I must say it works quite well with voiceover, and I would highly recommend it. I really like how you can chose pedestrian, car, bus, etc as your form of travel, because then it will adjust dirrections to match the current profile based on what you have selected. If you are unable to put out the money for Navigon, then you may want to take a look at Ariadne, which is a GPS app designed with voiceover users in mind. Hope this helps.
