Hello.
I am writing a long book and am wondering if there is a way to actually write down certain characters because I have a whole lot of them. I am writing my book in pages but would nefed a certain app to be able to keep track of my characters. Not the main characters; just the others, like the teachers at school for example.
I do not have a computer.

What I do
Not sure if this will help. I just make a file with the characters in paragraphs, for example:
Alice: Maid to the Andrews family.
Betty Andrews: Wife of Jack Andrews and mother of Jim and Sue Andrews.
You can make a file for each type of characters or something like that. If you're using Pages, you cannumber the files, like, "1Lesser Characters," "2Unnamed Characters," etc, then change Pages to order them in alphabetical order. That will keep everything in the order you want, even if you do move the files to a computer or on-line storage at some point. You can also make folders on Pages.
A few options
Hi,
The app Story planner for iOS has an inbuilt character sheet template which you can use and organize into projects. You can read a review of that app at https://www.blindbargains.com/bargains.php?m=18303
Alternatively, Scrivener, in addition to just being a full featured writing environment, allows you to make templates with whatever fields you want and then create new documents with those fields already added so that you can fill them in with specific information for each sheet. Scrivener also does all the work of organizing documents for you so that you don't have to. There are also a number of D&D based character managers which you can use in a pinch to adapt for fiction.
Sweet
This is awesome. I asked this and a week later an app called Writer’s app was found on app store and posted to the iOs app directory. Just in time.
