I would like to find an app that does something similar to a pen friend. I know there is digitise and haven't heard much about it lately. Does anyone know if it's still being updated and if not is there another app that would allow a person to create talking labels? Thanks.

Hi John, check out WayAround Tag and Scan on the app store. You use it with smart WayTags and it works very much like a PenFriend. If you have an iPhone 7 or above, the NFC reader is built into the phone. If not, you'll need a WayLink, which is an external NFC reader that connects to your phone via bluetooth. Seeing assistant home does
Seeing assistant home does something like a pen friend does. I have it downloaded on my phone but have not got around to how it is done. I'm going to have to go to the seeingassistant home website and read the tutorial to see how the sticker thing is done.

It looks like digit–eyes is no longer being updated. The App Store entry says last update was over a year ago, and it only lists support for iOS 10.
