Hello Applevis,
Does anyone know if Hulu has fixed any of their accessibility bugs? I canceled my subscription a couple of months ago because it had some accessibility issues, and found it pointless to be paying money on something I can't use, because it's inaccessible.
IF it's fixed I'm willing to get my subscription back.
Just wanted to hear from the appleVis community.

Apple TV and Hulu
The iPhone version of the Hulu app still is worthless; however, if you have the Apple TV, there shouldn't be any real issues.

Lawsuit
For what it’s worth, a lawsuit was recently filed against Hulu regarding access for the blind:

I was just trying Hulu, it's not pretty
I just made an account last night in order to watch the latest season of South Park during the free trial period. As has already been said, the app seems totally inaccessible once you finish the process of creating an account. It seems like the app opens up to a getting started section with multiple pages to swipe through; at least that's what I'm guessing, since all VoiceOver can see is a page chooser element. I wonder if the app would be usable if one could get past whatever this first barrier of the app is. I have been using the desktop website to access the content on Windows. I have not found a way to pause, rewind, etc. but it's easy to play a given episode. I was not planning on paying for this service regardless, but it is a surprising shame that Hulu has so many accessibility problems with their services, especially when competitors such as Netflix and Amazon have very accessible iOS apps. Looks like I will just be hitting the BitTorrents to watch South Park.
