Twitter notifications at the lock screen

Hi all,

since iOS 11 hit the air, I noticed that VoiceOver doesn't announce the first username in particular conversation at the lock screen. Using iOS version 11.1 and the latest version of Twitter app.
I'm not sure where to report this issue, is it better to report thisw issue to Apple accessibility team or to Twitter app developers?

I think you should contact Twitter first and see what they say.

I have noticed a decrease in the Twitter app’s accessibility in the last few updates of it. So I assuming you have found another bug.

I hope they fix it.
