I'm a blind user of a Iphone, I use Iphone 6s 16gb with polish language and voiceover. I switch a lot between polish and english(UK) voices and sometimes between french. I really like new british siri voices, so I set a male siri voice as my english voice in rotor and siri female voice for siri assistance. I did it yesterday twice and after some time voiceover crashes when switching from my default polish to english or french siri voices and I'm left without voiceover because I can't switch back to polish. I must hold home button to get siri and there I can use rotor again. Iphone gets a little bit hot and when I chheck settings, a male siri voice and french siri voice are gone. It seems they delete themselves after the crash/freeze or before and that's what causes the crash. I don't know what's going on, because female voice is ok, today I'm testing with female siri voice as my english voice.

Edit: Okey, so after a day french siri and male british voices vanished. My theory is that Iphone delete these voices because I don't use them as a siri assistance voice.

I used the spanish siri male
I used the spanish siri male voice to be the main VoiceOver voice. It crashed and I couldn't do anything with VoiceOver. I had to ask for sighted help to access VoiceOver settings and enable it. When enabled it started with Spanish Monica Compact, the default voice for VoiceOver.
Asking siri to enable VoiceOver didn't work, only manually.
