Hi all,
Their was an app that I used to use called chime, that beeped every quarder hour to report the time, for example: 1:15, 1:30, etc. It worked fine under iOS 10. Now that I've upgraded to iOS 11, it stopped working, meaning it no longer beeps every quarder hour. the dev hasn't even updated the app in like 2 years. Is their any replacement for the chime app that beeps every quarder hour?

Replacement for the Chime app
My Chime app died about a week and a half ago. I searched the app store for something like "time announcements" and found an app called Talking Time. It only announces every half hour, but it was updated the day before I found it, and has high ratings, and is quite accessible.
Hourly chime
Look for an app called Hourly Chime by Luther soft. Their is a free version and a paid version. They are both accessible. This app will give you what you need.
A Couple Suggestions
I'm still using iOS 10, and am not sure how well these will work with 11, but I recommend either Westminster Chimes or Marine Bells. The only problem I have with Marine Bells is that the Mute button doesn't seem to work, but other than that it's not too bad to use in terms of accessibility.
West minster is the best
The only app that worked for me is the "west minster chimes" purchase the full version, very accessible, very easy, and worked with ios16
