Hi, I appreciate this was asked many years ago but for anyone stumbling across this thread as I have, there is now an accessible Scrabble game on the RS Games Client. The only down side to this is that it can only be played in multiplayer mode with other online players and not individually or against computer in your own time.
The below link is to an accessible 2 player scrabble game. The draw back, both players share the same device during game play by passing the device back & forth when it is time for the 2nd players turn. A simple game for children to play together or 2 adults who need something to pass time.
Firecracker Software has started working on a scrabble-like game with full VoiceOver support. They told me they should have an early access version in a month or two.
