Questions about using iCloud Notes on a PC and on the web

Hello guys!
Is it possible to use notes with iCloud for windows? If so, how?
Another question:
How can I use notes with Icloud for web? I use NVDA, and whenever I want to try to send a note, it always moves the focus into the edit box, making it impossible to use.

I don't believe you can use iCloud notes on Windows. iCloud.com has a number of accessibility issues that make it very difficult to use with a screenreader, so I'm not surprised focus is erratic with NVDA.
