Uber ride passes

Hey, I just wanted to get you guys opinion on these new Uber ride passes. For those who do not know what these are, you pay a certain fee for unlimited rides, and then pay a small fee per ride. For example in my region you pay $20 for 28 days of unlimited rides, then pay three dollars for an UberPool ride, and five dollars for an UberX ride. It really makes it much cheaper. What do you all think?

There is apparently a lot of variation in what they offer by region. I think they are still experimenting to find what works. In my area it's a sweet deal for as much as I use it. $5 for unlimited $5.99 rides within a defined area for 28 days. Over time I think they will standardize this and I doubt what I'm getting will survive with a fee that low. As long as the math works for me at my level of usage I'll keep buying.

how do we access the uber ride passes with in the app its self?

If they are available, go to menu, then ride passes. if it doesn't show up it's not available.

I wasn't aware that one could, but there is no need at least at this point. They are sending out email, presumably to selected customers in various markets based on what I'm reading, from which you take advantage of the offer. From then on until the pass runs out the fair is automatic. That said, I don't know that one can't access them if they are available in a market and you go to the menu. It's worth a try.
