Need accessible remote app

Hi all
Hope all are doing fine
As the subject line says, i need a remote app
For IOS, controling AC and other appliances
Which accessible, and have basic infrared capabilities.
So guys any of you are using such app, pls recommend.

Hi thanks for recommendation, but i need a universal remote app
Which support all electronic brand and all type of appliances
Since this brand is not available in india
It won't work
