Question regarding MyBabySim

Hello there, just wondering whether anyone might be able to offer any suggestions please? I'm currently using the advanced game mode in MyBabySim. Is anyone else struggling to remove the diaper when asked to swipe down? I've just tried and nothing seems to happen, resulting eventually in one very frustrated (probably shivering) baby lol. Also, what gesture are we expected to use to "remove the clasps"? Many thanks. Any tips much appreciated ☺️

Swipe left or right. I have deleted this game a while ago but I remember swiping left or right and it would work.

Thanks. Swiping left/right is not responding reliably either on my device. Hoping the developers might get back to me regarding what i've written to them.
