Having trouble contacting Zynga aboutHanging With Friends

Hey folks I could really use some ideas over here. Last night Zynga released an update to hanging with Friends, and it still won't let you easily invite friends to play via facebook. They made some kind of a change and I'm having a really difficult time getting that information to them in the right way. I follow them via twitter, and they respond and they apologize, but they just end up sending you to their support site so you can reporta problem. So just a bit ago I went to report the issue, and got as far as choosing the proper link for hanging with friends but that's as far as I got. They have a link that says ask a question, but I couldn't really do much with the website. Maybe if I explain the problem some of you might have better luck in contacting them? They genuinely seem like they want to be helpful, but the idea of accessibility just doesn't seem to be on their radar. The game itself works pretty well with VoiceOver. The problems begin when you invite a friend to play via Facebook. when you double tap the button to invite other facebook friends to play, you're presented with a list of your friends and the last time they played. Unfortunately when swiping through the list, each friend is labeled as "facebook friend" instead of their first and last name like in previous versions. So to figure out who each person is you have to double tap on each one to find out who it is, and answer no to the prompt until you find the one you want. This can get quite tedious if you have a large list of friends. I have 62 friends who play so you can imagine this would take a really long time. I know Applevis is a big community, and I know i'm not the only one who plays this game so i'm really hoping a few other folks can manage to contact them so we can hopefully get this resolved. I don't know if this is a problem on Facebook's end or if it's something Zynga can fix, but if they can it would make things a lot easier, and maybe impress on them the importance of making their games more usable to VoiceOver users. So below, i'll paste the tweet I received from them last night which contains a link to their support site. I'd like to know if anyone else was able to successfully report this problem, because I certainly couldn't. ZyngaSupport I am sorry to hear about your experience. They changed their support site recently try following link to reach the Hanging With Friends support http://support.zynga.com/home/hanging-with-friends
Hey, thanks for the link. Now the question is how do I get to the right person and actually contact them directly? This looks like a page where you can ask a question, and anyone who knows the answer to it, whether you're Zynga staff or not can answer it. They don't make it very easy to contact them directly which is a concern for me. Plus if I were to ask a question on their site I can't get the link to work. So if anyone knows of a way to get this to them i'd appreciate it.

Hi guys I'm getting pretty discouraged here actually. I've made more atempts to contact Zynga, but it's failing miserably. They say to report an issue I keep getting sent back to the support site, which I can't for the life of me figure out. Window-eyes and NVDA don't read it very well...there's no way of contacting them directly. You can ask a question that anyone can answer, but my issue is a little more complex. They also think I have a problem with my account...they keep mentioning that I need to contact them so they can check my account. I'm not sure why this is. If anyone knows of a way of contacting them without using this dreaded support site, or can find the link I need to click on, like some kind of a form i'd very much appreciate it. Again I apologize if this comes off as whining. Thanks for reading.
Not sure if it would be any help but did you try to call them, though billing support doesn't give tech assistance but they can forward issues and solve sometimes. 1-800 762 2530
It's a beautiful idea, and in a perfect world making a phone call would help but in this case, I don't believe it would. When you call these phone systems you have to go through loads of options i.e. for billing press 1, for tech support, press 2... you get the idea. All I would be able to do is make a suggestion, instead of being able to talk to a developer one on one to get them to understand about the problem, and you really can't do that by calling an 800 number like that. I do appreciate the idea, but I think what needs to happen is to get direct contact with the developer, instead of going through some kind of crazy phone system or support forum. Zynga's contact methods could really stand some improovement to say the least.
