How do I turn off Voice Over hints?

I think it is possible to turn off hints for voice over, they are begining to drive me crazy. Anyone know how to turn these off? (for instance when you touch the play butting it says plays or pauses audio). It seems like this should be relly simple yet I am not able to find it....

Hi there, To turn off VoiceOver hints, go into Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver. Flick to the right until you hear, "Speak Hints..." Double-tap to turn the hints on/off.
